Product Condition & Return Window
We only accept returns for items that are in new, unused condition. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Method, Fees & Refunds
Returns must be made by mail using the prepaid return label included in your package—no return shipping or restocking fees apply. Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
